The larger the demand, the more Express earns its keep. It's the most capable van in Chevrolet's history - the full-size van with tremendous power, enormous capacities and a series of segment-exclusive** features. The power is delivered by one of six engines, including a new FlexFuel Vortec 5.3L V8 that can run on E85 ethanol/gasoline. The capacities speak for themselves, with seating for up to 15 on Passenger models, and a load floor length of up to 3658 mm (12') and payloads of up to 1873 kg (4130 lb.) on Cargo Van models. And Express is the only vehicle in its class** to offer an available 60/40 swing-out hinged driver's side loading door, or available all-wheel drive. It's the full-size van built with genuine Chevrolet strength. Express Passenger and Cargo Vans.

Full-Size — Full-Strength

Chevrolet Express is built on a full-length, fully-boxed frame for added strength. And the engine lineup delivers the power needed to move the enormous capacities that Express can haul, with three Vortec V8 engines on Passenger models, and an available Duramax 6.6L Diesel V8 engine that generates 250 hp and 460 lb.-ft. of torque on Cargo Vans.

The Added Confidence of StabiliTrak

Express 3500 Passenger Vans provide the reassurance of a standard StabiliTrak vehicle stability enhancement system. It applies brake pressure at the appropriate wheel or wheels to address the causes of understeer or oversteer. It responds in thousandths of a second when a lateral skid is detected, helping you maintain control and stay headed in your intended direction.

Canada's Weather — Chevrolet's Solution

The uncertainties of the Canadian climate create a real demand for the benefits of all-wheel drive (AWD) – a segment-exclusive** available feature on Express 1500 Passenger Van. The full-time, single-speed AWD system normally operates in a 35/65 front/rear torque split. When wheel slippage occurs, additional torque is transferred to the axle with the best grip.
